Lower back pain exercises to relieve back pain by stretching the tight muscles around the hips that attach to the lower back. Follow each lower back pain exercise to deturmine if the muscles in your hips are so tight as to cause discomfort in the back, legs, hips. If these muscles are very tight then I reccoment that you purchase this DVD so that you can stretch the inside of the hips, the outside of the hips and stregthen the weak areas at the same time.     @sebbimon Best lower back pain exercise, believe it or not, is sleepin on hard floor. You can put some simple camping foam mat under yourself or warm sleeping bag, if it’s too cold there. Not for every night, but once in a while its a pretty good idea.

    @TheSportz22 well i didnt really quit working out..so it slowly went away after about 2 months. I just bared through the pain every day i did squats / dead lifts lol. Probably not a good idea…but I hate the idea of not being able to work out. It’s gone now tho thanks to stretching and working on better form.
